Auburndale Police Department

The City of Auburndale's Police Department is a full-service department that offers a variety of policing services and safety programs to the residents of the Auburndale community. These services include, community patrol, investigation, school resource officer program, Substance Abuse &  Violence Education (S.A.V.E.) program, Community Oriented Policing (COP) program and communications. In addition, the Police Department serves as a liaison to other local and state enforcement agencies (e.g.: Polk County Sheriff's Office, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement).

In an effort to maintain a safe, sanitary and pleasurable quality of life for its residents, visitors and businesses, the City of Auburndale has enacted many municipal ordinances to regulate land uses and help ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of the community.
