Items to be collected should be placed curbside and separated into vegetative and non-vegetative stacks.\n\n\n\nHow to tell if you are an Auburndale City resident? You will have a dark blue sanitation bin with the City logo on the side.\n\n\n\nExamples of accepted items\n• Yard waste: limbs\, clippings\, bagged grass and leaves\n• Furniture: bed sets\, chairs\, couches etc.\n• Construction: painted or treated lumber\, tile\, concrete\, carpet\, drywall\, fencing\n• Tires with and without rim\, limit 6 per household\n• White goods: refrigerators\, stoves\, dishwashers\, dryers etc.\n\n\n\n*HAZARDOUS WASTE OR PAINT WILL NOT BE COLLECTED*\n\n\n\nHazardous items must be taken to the North Central Landfill Hazardous Material Drop-Off Facility located at 5 Environmental Loop Road South in Winter Haven.
